This is a 5-week program starting 30 April running  Tuesdays from 11.30am

Embark on a culinary journey with the All Abilities Lunch Club, an inclusive cooking experience crafted for individuals living with disabilities. Delight in the art of cooking, forge connections with fellow participants, and savour the flavours of delicious recipes in our warm and inviting environment.

Each week you’ll discover a new cooking skill to master as you learn to prepare a delicious dish in these hands-on sessions. You’ll also learn things like basic food safety practices, nutritional benefits of ingredients and healthy eating habits.

Our program celebrates inclusivity, embracing the unique abilities of every participant, and is open to individuals of all ages and abilities.

This class requires independent participation, if you require assistance to participate,  for your enjoyment and benefit, we strongly encourage that you attend with a support person. It is free for your support person to attend.
