COMMUNITY CENTRES NOW OPEN, RESTRICTIONS REMAIN IN PLACE
With the easing of government restrictions, Council is pleased to announce the reopening of community centres for ongoing and casual hirers.
All centres have a COVID Safe Plan in place and all users and hirers are also required to have an approved COVID Safe Plan in place and on file.
COUNCIL LED PROGRAMMING
All face-to-face, Council-led programming has been postponed, cancelled or transitioned online until 1 July. All participants booked into these programs will have been directly contacted regarding these changes and appropriate action taken.
REMAINING GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
Community are reminded of the government restrictions that remain in place throughout all of Council’s community facilities which include:
- Maximum of 50 visitors per facility
- Maximum group size: 10 people per space
- Density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm per space applies
- physical distancing requirements of 1.5 meters
- face masks MUST be worn when inside a community facility and outdoors where physical distancing is not possible.

ONGOING COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND FOOD RELIEF

FREE ONLINE PROGRAMS CONTINUE
