ALL COMMUNITY FACILITIES NOW OPEN, RESTRICTIONS REMAIN IN PLACE
With the easing of government restrictions and a move towards COVID safe operations, Council is pleased to announce the reopening of all community facilities including limited casual hire of these spaces.
All centres have a COVID Safe Plan in place and all users and hirers are also required to have an approved COVID Safe Plan in place and on file.
REMAINING GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
Community are reminded of the government restrictions that remain in place throughout all of Council’s community facilities which include:
- physical distancing requirements of 1.5 meters
- density quotas
- face masks MUST be worn when inside a community facility and outdoors where physical distancing is not possible.

ONGOING COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND FOOD RELIEF
Even with the low daily case numbers and real progress made over recent weeks, Council recognises that there is still a need in our local communities for ongoing support and food relief.
As such, Council’s Community Connector Hubs will continue to respond to community needs and deliver elements of the Hub services, like food relief, social connection, service referrals and job readiness programs. To find your closest Community Connector Hub, click here.
FREE ONLINE PROGRAMS CONTINUE
