The Melton City Council Learning Directory team are proud to present Fun & Fitness For All – 5 weeks of different exercise styles with 5 different local instructors to keep you strong, fit and healthy.

These fun and energetic online sessions will run weekly, for 5 weeks, starting 7am Tuesday 9 June. Sessions will be accessible via our YouTube channel so you can watch at any time.

  • Week 1: Tai Chi for Beginners
  • Week 2: Family Boot Camp
  • Week 3: Tabata for Beginners
  • Week 4: Belly Dancing for Beginners
  • Week 5: Functional Fitness for Beginners

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of 30 – 40 minute sessions which will include a range of body weight strength exercises, cardio, stretching, dance and other fun techniques. Improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone, respiration, energy and vitality, all from the comfort of your own home.

This online fitness program is suitable for all ages.
