Come along and join our fun and friendly yoga classes for Women.

This yoga class is a great way to meet like-minded people while getting fit.

Yoga is a good workout, a fun form of exercise, good for cardio and  brilliant for toning your muscles. It also helps you to reduces stress.

Yoga is a proven method of reducing levels of the stress in the body, helping you to feel more relaxed.

Our qualified and experienced yoga instructor, Alicia Mateo, will help you renew your body and mind through yoga.
