Meditation for Everyone

Monday 7 Oct- 16 Dec 2019 from 10am to 11am

Meditation is a fantastic way to sooth the mind, body and spirit.

This spiritual practice is used in over 100 countries throughout the world and promotes mental, physical and emotional balance.

Guided by facilitator Karuna, participants will learn the techniques of Sahaja Yoga Meditation in a quiet, relaxing environment.

Classes are chair based and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Classes are held at Caroline Springs Library every Monday excluding School and Public Holidays.
