Finding it hard to stay fit after having your Bub? Low on energy? Wanting to tone-up?

Tone-It-Up Fitness are offering a 30 – 45min Mums & Bubs Class, so you can work – out while your little one plays.

Classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, overall tone and strength, in a fun and varied work out each week which include; Pram Fitness, Ab Blasters, Circuit Training, HIIT and lots more, that’ll have you feeling like your best self yet!
