Sahaja Yoga Meditation Class

Classes Run Mondays 20 April - 22 June


Calm your mind, body and spirit through breathing and relaxation techniques in our Sahaja Yoga Mediation classes.

Our experienced meditation instructor Karuna will take your mind on a journey of mental silence, in which one is fully alert and aware but free of unnecessary thoughts and worries. This meditative state can be quickly established and maintained, leading to a state of peace and calm.

Classes will start with you finding a comfortable seated position before Karuna’s relaxing voice guides you into a gentle breathing rhythm. You will be concentrating on your inhale and exhale to still your mind, providing you with a state of calmness. You’ll be able to tackle the rest of your busy week in a more positive and tolerant manner.

Bring along a yoga mat to ensure you are comfortable throughout each session.

This Stevenson House Program is located at the Caroline Springs Library.

Please note: Classes will not run on the 8th of June as it is a public holiday.
