Seniors Body Flow

Every Monday for 8wks 14th Oct - 2nd Dec 9.30am - 10.15am


Body flow is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates

This classes is aimed at all levels of health and fitness and will help to increase strength and muscle tone, improve joint mobility, muscle flexibility and balance.

No bulky weights, just your body and breath under the guidance and support of local Personal Trainer, Maxine. The session is done to gentle music finishing the session with guided, gentle meditation.

Please note: you will need to fill in a Pre-Exercise and Health Screen Questionnaire. If you have any pre-existing injuries or health issues, you may need to supply the trainer with a medical clearance.
