Strength Training for Beginners

Classes Run Every Friday from the 19/7/2019 - 23/8/2019


Want to improve your strength and fitness?

This Strength Training Class is designed for both men and women of all ages and abilities, progressing at a pace that suits YOU!

Covering a variety of weight bearing exercises in a circuit style workout to increase strength, balance and movement.

The class will help to build bone density and improve heart health in a fun and social environment.

Cost: A gold coin donation that will be donated to the Australian Cancer Council.

Tea and Coffee provided after the class.

All Participants will be required to fill in a Pre/Post-Exercise Questionnaire.

Please note this is a trial class that will be ran for 6wks only. Every Friday from the 19/7/2019 –  23/8/2019. Classes may continue pending attendance.
