Friendly Tech Help for Seniors

4 x one hour appointments each Thursday from 24 January 2019 to 14 March from 12pm - 2pm


Are you an older person looking for some friendly tech help?

Do you know a senior in Melton that needs help learning how to use technology and their digital devices?

Melton City Council’s Lifelong Learning portfolio is proud to partner with LIvely to provide 1-1 friendly tech help to local seniors.

Friendly Tech Help for Seniors has several weekly timeslots of one hour, where you can just sit with a young person and get help with whatever it is you want or need to learn about your device or technology.

As part of the national Be Connected initiative, Lively Helpers will be running a series of FREE technology 1-1 help sessions for seniors every Thursday for 8 weeks.

In your 1-1 time you can get help with the following:

* using your iPad, tablet, phone or computer
* explore new ways of using technology to connect with friends and family
* find out how you can pursue your interests or find new ones
* access information safely

We have 4 x one hour appointments available each Thursday at Burnside Community Centre

You will also be able to share a cuppa with a friendly group!

Lively is a not-for-profit organisation that brings young and older people together to share skills and learn from each other.

Our young Lively Helpers provide friendly, patient technology help for older community members.
