Yoga is a good workout, a fun form of exercise, good for cardio and brilliant for toning your muscles.

Yoga is a proven method of reducing levels of the stress in the body, helping you to feel more relaxed.

Leisa is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher.

Every Saturday morning, 8.30am – 9.30am.
