Yoga for Fitness – Term 2

This class runs each Monday for nine weeks from 9.30am - 16th April - 25th June 2018

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

This program enables peace of mind, fit body, great toning and suppleness. It brings out the best in you.

This yoga program runs for nine weeks each Monday at 9.30am
