Join us for this class every Monday 9.30am at Diggers Rest Community Hall

Yoga is a great form of exercise to increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improve respiration, increase energy and vitality. Improve your health and well being by toning your muscles, increasing suppleness, improving concentration and relieving stress. Experience peace and quiet in these sessions delivered by an expert yoga teacher.

Known benefits of practicing yoga include a balanced metabolism, reduce weight, improved cardio, and circulatory health. Yoga is also know to increase your ability to fight injury.

Please bring yoga mats and a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes for this class.
