Yoga for Men and Women – 7.30pm – Term 2

This small class is run by an experienced and passionate Yoga instructor. This class will assist you to improve your health and well-being by toning muscles, increasing flexibility, improving concentration and relieving stress.
This program is for men and women and starts on Monday 16 April, 7.30pm to 8.30pm and runs over 10 weeks (excluding 11 June) until the 25 June 2018.
