Yoga for Men and Women – 7:30pm – Term 3 2019

Monday, 15 July from 7:30pm - 8:30pm and runs over 10 weeks until 16 September 2019

$100 / $90 Concession

Join Alicia, an experienced and passionate Yoga instructor, for this one-hour Hatha style yoga class.

Alicia will guide you through a range of traditional yoga practices including: postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation, self-inquiry and meditation.

Group sizes are kept small (maximum 13 people per class) to ensure proper guidance and support can be given throughout the class.

If you want to improve your physical, emotional, mental and social health and wellbeing, in a welcoming and non-competitive environment then this class is for you!

Classes are run on a non carpeted floor. Bring your own yoga mat.

This class is open to men and women and starts on Monday, 15 July from 7:30pm – 8:30pm and runs over 10 weeks until 16 September 2019.
