This course is for those who have completed prior sewing courses at the centre or have a good understanding of garment construction (you must be able to prove this knowledge to be admitted into the course). Create your own garments using commercial patterns with your own choice of fabric (to be supplied by you). Learn to alter patterns to your own shape and individual tastes. Includes adding trims, changing lengths, adding extra details and discovering the tricks of the trade.
This course is an ideal pathway to future study or employment.
BYO working sewing machine – you can also bring an overlocker if you have one
Other requirements will be provided on enrolment.
