This is a FREE 5-week program starting 19 July running every Tuesday from 1pm.

If you’re looking for a different way to be active, have fun and meet new people then join our African Drumming Circle.

Offering a moderate level of exercise, African drumming is a fun way to support your fitness.

It is exciting, musical and great for coordination, memory and stress relief.

Led by a highly skilled and experienced  Djembe drummer these classes are appropriate for adults of all ages and abilities. Enjoy a fully interactive session where you will get to learn and practice the basics of African drumming all while finding your rhythm.

This unique opportunity has been kindly funded by the Heart Foundation’s ‘Active Australia Innovation Challenge’ grant.

Djembe drums provided. Participants must be aged 18 years or over.

Please note: Your RSVP secures your space for the entirety of the term. Bookings for each week are not required.
