Art for Beginners is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning the fundamentals of drawing and painting.

Facilitated by a local artist, each workshop will have a different focus and will get you into painting and drawing using charcoal, ink, acrylic and watercolours. Over the three sessions you will learn about composition, representation, abstraction and colour theory.

We welcome all skill levels in this class – from complete beginners to those who are keen to build on their existing ability. Let our friendly teacher help you explore and develop your techniques, skills and personal style in this supportive and informal program.

Classes are fun and relaxed and aim to give you the confidence and freedom to create your own unique pieces of work.

This is an adult’s art class. Sessions cater for all levels of ability and we supply all the art materials.
