This is a 10-week program starting 13 October running every Friday from 10am.

The Aspire Social Group is a recreational group that welcomes people of all abilities, ages and interests. Joining this friendly group provides a great way to connect, engage in gentle exercise or a creative activity whilst having a laugh and chat.

This group supports inclusive social and recreation opportunities in a safe environment providing an easy way to develop friendships with others, develop self-confidence, self-esteem and expand your interests.
