This is an 8-week program starting 23 July running every Friday from 10am.

The Aspire to Inspire Community Group is a recreational group that welcomes people of all ages, interests and abilities. Joining this friendly group provides a great way to connect, engage in gentle exercise or a creative activity whilst having a laugh and chat. Participate in a range of different activities like trivia, singing and dancing, games and more.

This group supports inclusive recreation opportunities in a safe environment providing an easy way to develop friendships with others, develop self-confidence, self-esteem and expand your interests.
