This is an 8-week program starting 4 February running every Friday from 10am.

The Aspire to Inspire Community Group is a recreational group that welcomes people of all ages, interests and abilities. Joining this friendly group provides a great way to connect, engage in gentle exercise or a creative activity whilst having a laugh and chat. Participate in a range of different activities like trivia, singing and dancing, games and more. You can also learn digital literacy skills such as basic knowledge about Facebook, smart phone applications and the like.

This group supports inclusive recreation opportunities in a safe environment providing an easy way to develop friendships with others, develop self-confidence, self-esteem and expand your interests.

Aspire to Inspire is the ideal place to blossom into good physical, emotional and mental health.

Health Guidelines for this Event
