Did you know you can learn to make barista coffee in just one day? 

If you’re a woman aged 16 years and over looking to gain paid work in the hospitality industry, join us to discover how to make quality drinks on a commercial espresso machine and get a taste of what working in a café or restaurant is like. You’ll learn from an expert trainer from Jesuit Community College and walk away from this fun day of learning and experimenting with new knowledge, skills and coffee-making confidence. 

This course is not accredited, a certificate of participation will be provided. The course is free to attend for women aged over 16 years who have a connection to the City of Melton. Places are limited so enrol now to avoid disappointment.

IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION 

Booking Fee 

When you enrol in this course a booking fee of $20 is payable to secure your place. This $20 booking fee will be refunded after the completion of your course to the credit card used at the time of booking. 

Cancellations 

Should you need to cancel your place in this course we ask you to please do this as soon as possible by emailing taylorshillhouse@melton.vic.gov.au. This will allow us to offer your spot to another community member. 

• Cancellation requests made with at least 7-days notice will receive a refund of the course booking fee.  
• Cancellation requests made with less than 7-days notice will not receive a refund of the course booking fee, unless a medical certificate can be provided for the date of the course.  
• No shows on the scheduled course date will not receive a refund of the course booking fee.
