Belly dancing is loads of fun and a great form of exercise, promoting balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence. Engage in a new activity and find a new way to stay fit!
Students are asked to wear a long skirt and shimmering belt or scarf that can be tied around the hips and bring a drink.
