This is a 4-week program starting 17 May running every Monday over lunch from 12pm.

Join us for 60 minutes of cardio giving you a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

This cardio work out is suitable for people of any fitness level and allows you to move at your own pace. As Renee’s classes are exhilarating and filled with positive energy, they make an excellent choice for group fitness to support your fitness goals.
