This is an 8-week program starting 22 July, running every Thursday from 10am.

This empowering program is delivered by MacKillop Family Services and is specifically designed to benefit parents who have experienced family violence. Its aim is to support parents to understand how family violence affects them as parents and shapes their relationship with their children.

The welcoming, judgement free program provides opportunities for parents to reclaim what is important in their parenting that may have been forced to be disregarded as a result of violence. Parents will have the opportunity to recognise their parental strengths and also be provided with a space to show compassion for themselves.
