This is a 5-week program starting 31 January running every Monday from 6pm.

Carmen is returning to Kurunjang Community Hub with another tasty series of recipes to share!

In Carmen’s relaxed classes you will learn to cook an array of classic rice and noodle-based dishes with a new one each week! The menu includes:

  • Wonton noodle soup – 31 January
  • Steamed chicken and Chinese pork sausage with rice – 7 February
  • Stir-fried rice noodles with beef – 14 February – cancelled
  • Yangzhou fried rice – 21 February
  • Hainanese chicken on rice – 28 February

Each week you will be guided by Carmen to prepare and cook a delectable dish before enjoying your new creation with your classmates. You’ll also take home a recipe card so you can make the delicious dishes for friends and family.

All ingredients and equipment supplied. Suitable for people aged 9 years and over. Spaces are strictly limited and expected to fill fast. Book now to avoid disappointment.
