Join local chef Carmen as she guides you to create delicious recipes sure to become favourites during this festive season!
In this 3-week series you will learn to make variety of dishes including:
- Rolled turkey with cranberry stuffing (SPECIAL 2 HOUR SESSION)
- Garlic Prawns with asparagus & potatoes
- Red wine and spice poached pear with vanilla ice cream
All ingredients and equipment supplied.
Suitable for people aged 18 years and over.
