This is an 8-week program starting 22 July running every Friday from 7.15pm

Dancing isn’t just for the kids! Our new Contemporary Dance for Adults program is a fun dance class for adults of all levels and abilities.

In this program our qualified dance teacher Nat will teach you contemporary dance techniques, strengthening exercises, floor work, choreography and stretching to improve your fitness and help you feel comfortable and confident in your own body.

This is a fun and energetic class where everyone is welcome to express themselves through dance. No previous dance experience is required, just a love for movement!

Our focus is on achieving healthy bodies and minds with sound technique.
