This is a 3-week program starting 30 May running every Monday from 6pm.

Join local chef Carmen as she guides you to create delicious dinner recipes sure to become favourites at your place. In this 3-week series you will learn to make (before enjoying with your class mates) a variety of dishes including:

• Enoki Mushroom & Beef Rolls
• Stewed pork belly & potato with oyster sauce
• Sweet & Sour Chicken

You’ll also take home a recipe card each week so you can re-create these delectable dishes for friends and family.
