This is a 6-week program starting from 11 February running every Thursday at 6pm. Registration in each individual session is essential.

Learn to create amazing desserts to wow your family with at your next get together during this 6-week series at Kurunjang Community Hub. In this weekly class you will learn how to prepare and make a variety of delectable dishes including:

• 11 February: Tiramisu
• 18 February: Fruit Tart
• 25 February: Swiss Roll
• 4 March: Earl Grey Chiffon Cake
• 11 March: Hong Kong Style Egg Tart
• 18 March: Dorayaki

Our friendly and experienced pastry chef Carmen will guide you through each recipe, answering questions along the way and sharing her best tips for a successful and delicious dish.  Sit down with your new cooking friends at the end of each class and enjoy your hand made sweet treats! All participants will also receive each recipe to take home so you can continue mastering the desserts at home!
