This is an 8-week program starting 22 April running every Monday from 12pm, excluding 10 June.

Strengthen and tone your body whilst improving your balance in this social exercise class. Each session begins with a short warmup before progressing into movements and exercises guided by your own ability and strength. Enjoy short sets of exercise coupled with regular rest breaks. 

All exercises can be tailored to your ability and people of all fitness levels are welcome to join. 

Maintaining regular physical activity and especially strengthening exercises, has many health-related benefits including reduced chance of diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Improves functional quality of life, boosts your immune system, improves mental health and many more. 

Connect with others in your local area whilst keeping fit and strong in these friendly and welcoming sessions.
