Embark on a transformative journey towards improved strength, mobility, and overall well-being at our beginner’s strength training classes! Tailored specifically for seniors, this program offers a unique opportunity to enhance your physical capabilities. Led by our experienced trainer, Sam, you’ll enjoy a circuit-style workout that incorporates a variety of fun exercises.
You can progress at your own comfortable pace, ensuring your enjoyment no matter your fitness level. Conveniently located at the Fraser Rise Children’s & Community Centre, our classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can meet and socialise with like-minded individuals in your community.
No prior experience is required – our dedicated trainer, Sam, will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique. Don’t miss out on the chance to start your journey towards a stronger, more active lifestyle.
$5 to be paid to the tutor at the beginning of each class. A booking is required via this webpage to secure your place for the term.
