Course Details

ACCREDITED TRAINING – MUST HAVE A USI TO ATTEND

Must be completing Food Handlers on the same day, or have completed it through us in the past 12 months.

Every food supply business must have a Food Safety Supervisor. Designed to provide the skills required to prevent, recognise and address food handling hazards as well as supervise other people handling food to ensure that food handling is carried out correctly and safely. A manual is provided on the day. Please note that two post-course assessments must be completed.

Certificate is valid for 3 years.

HOW TO ENROL – BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Contact Melton South Community Centre via phone or email to process your enrolment.

FEES: Payments can be made into the centre’s bank account (call the office for the details), over the phone or at the centre. Payment is required strictly no later than one week before the class commences.

REFUNDS: Will be given if a class is cancelled or 5 days’ notice is given to the centre. Refunds or make-up sessions will not be provided for missed classes.

All our courses are face-to-face and all social distancing and sanitising procedures are strictly adhered to.

PLEASE NOTE: Before students can enrol in any of our accredited or pre-accredited courses, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (or a valid medical exemption) must be provided, as mandated by the Victorian government.
