Want to improve how your body moves, feels, and functions in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment? This fitness class is for you. This 1-hour class aims to improve your strength, mobility, balance and stamina using a variety of training methods, with the emphasis on learning good technique and body confidence.
Using various levels of intensity, our classes aim to accommodate all fitness levels and are suitable for everyone at all ages. Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.
