This is a 9-week program starting 1 February 2024 running every Thursday from the revised time of 1pm. Registrations are available via this website to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue.

Improve the way your body moves, feels and functions in this 1-hour fitness class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and stamina through gentle stretching, light weight work and compound exercises.

Our classes accommodate all fitness levels and ages as experienced trainer offers many different movement options to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout.

Suitable for men and women of all ages. This program is $5 per person paid to the tutor at the beginning of each class.
