In these 40-minute interactive, online sessions, participants will be guided through a combination of Zen and Mindfulness Meditation; learning how to cultivate inner peace and return to the present moment.
In these 40-minute interactive, online sessions, participants will be guided through a combination of Zen and Mindfulness Meditation; learning how to cultivate inner peace and return to the present moment. We’ll be setting intentions, utilising positive affirmations and learning Personal Development techniques. At the closing of each session, participants will receive a journal prompt to maintain their mental wellness routine. Access to a working computer, tablet or smartphone, with internet, speakers/headphones is required.
Please advise of all medical conditions (including mental illness) which you believe may affect your ability to meditate and seek advise from your GP or medical professional beforehand, if need be. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and turn your phone on silent.
You might like to enhance your environment by lighting incense or a scented candle (safely). To experience a complete relaxing meditation, please enter the meeting room on time.
