Join our free local walking groups!

Heart Foundation Walking groups are a great way to meet new people and look after your health. We welcome all level of walkers to these safe and social groups.

Beginners are welcome and it is free. Please note that walks leave at the designated time, so please ensure you are five minutes early and ready to go.
