Course Details

Celebrate Neighbourhood House Week with us by honouring local heroes, big and small.

Local heroes are all around us, they can be our friends, family, co-workers, neighbours, teachers, and people who work and volunteer in our community. They are special people who take the time out of their day do great things.

By joining in our ‘Hearts for your Community’ celebration, you’ll have the chance to let someone know how much you appreciate them by making them a personalised origami heart.

RSVP via this web page to receive a free ‘Hearts for your Community’ pack which includes origami paper and easy to follow instructions to create your heart. The pack also includes a template for a thank you note that can be presented to your local hero along with your handmade heart.

Snap a picture of your heart and let us know who you’re thanking and why to go into the draw to win a $20 Melton Learning Directory voucher. Pictures can be sent via email to [email protected]

ENTRIES CLOSE 5PM THURSDAY 13 MAY, 2021.

The winner of the prize draw will be announced on the Melton City Council Learning Directory Facebook page on Friday 14 May 2021 in celebration of the last day of the 2021 Neighbourhood House Week.
