Staff will take your details and tentatively reserve a place in your requested course/s.

NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is made.

To complete your booking, please complete an enrolment form (available at meltonsouth.org.au or at the centre)
and make payment one of the following ways:

• Cash or card at the centre
• Credit card over the phone
• Bank transfer/deposit (account details are given on request)

Students must also supply a photo or copy of their Medicare card and their concession card (where applicable) in order to confirm eligibility.

Enrolments MUST be completely finalised, including payment, no later than one week prior to the first session of the course. If this is not done, your place in the course will be forfeited.
