Cultural Diversity Week is 18-24 March, come along and join us for Jungle Shimmy it is a dynamic music and dance adventure across the world! With colourful props and fun, easy-to-follow dances including Belly Dance, Bollywood, Bhangra, Turkish, Egyptian, Gulf and Lebanese folk styles, everybody is up on their feet dancing. The shrill cry of a zaghareet, exotic instruments, rhythms like Khaleegi, Maqsoum and Beledi, and a unique hand made puppet theatre draws audiences of all ages into a captivating world of culture and creative self-expression.

ABOUT IMAGINATION MAGIC

Imagination Magic is an interactive performing arts and literacy program for babies, young children and their carers (0-5 years of age) 

The program encourages child interaction and provides children with a fun, creative, stimulating experience filled with music and movement. There are a variety of performers including; musicians, dancers, puppets and drumming.

BOOKINGS

Bookings are required for children only. Parents/guardians are not required to book a place.  Places are limited and bookings are essential to secure your place. Due to limited number of spaces, this program is available only to City of Melton residents. Preference for bookings will be given to families who reside in the Melton Municipality.
