Sign up for this new course and discover the wonders of Indonesian cuisine. Learn to create a variety of classic dishes, including:

• chicken satay
• chicken soup with vermicelli and vegetables
• gado gado vegetables
• baked spiced fish cutlets
• sweet kecap pork
• Indonesian spiced chicken
• steamed fish cakes
• kofta skewers

Everything is supplied.

Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary issues.

Students must also supply a photo or copy of their Medicare card and their concession card (where applicable)
in order to confirm eligibility.

Enrolments MUST be completely finalised, including payment, no later than one week prior to the first session of the course. If this is not done, your place in the course will be forfeited.
