Course Details

In this six-week course, learn hands-on the skills required to work in the patisserie industry. Discover breadmaking as well as learn to make choux pastry, tarts, puddings, modern as well as traditional desserts.

Your tutor was trained in France. Ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality or employment opportunities.

FEES: Payments can be made into the centre’s bank account (call the office for the details), over the phone or at the centre. Payment is required strictly no later than one week before the class commences.

REFUNDS: Will be given if a class is cancelled or 5 days’ notice is given to the centre. Refunds or make-up sessions will not be provided for missed classes.

All our courses are face-to-face and all social distancing and sanitising procedures are strictly adhered to.
