In this six-week course, learn hands-on the skills required to work in the patisserie industry. Discover breadmaking as well as learn to make choux pastry, tarts, puddings, modern as well as traditional desserts.
Your tutor was trained in France. Ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality or employment opportunities.
This course is available for Wednesday or Saturday sessions.
Note: No class March 6

FEES: Payments are strictly EFT into our bank account (call the office for the details) or Tap ‘n’ Go (no charges apply). Unfortunately cash payments or EFTPOS are no longer accepted until further notice. Payment is required strictly one week before the class commences. **ACFE funded courses – course cost includes fees, manuals, class materials & amenities. REFUNDS: Will be given if a class is cancelled or 5 days’ notice is given to the Centre. Refunds or make-up sessions will not be provided for missed classes.
