In this six-week course, learn hands-on the skills required to work in the patisserie industry. Discover breadmaking as well as learn to make choux pastry, tarts, puddings, modern as well as traditional desserts.

Students are required to wear enclosed shoes and tie hair back, and should bring an apron and a container to take their creations home in. Students must also advise of any dietary issues.

Your tutor was trained in France. Ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality or employment opportunities.
