Come along to this fun introductory macramé workshop on Tuesday 20 June.

During the workshop you will learn the ancient art form of Macramé with our friendly teacher Aml! In this relaxed session you will learn how to make a range of knots, make a keyring and have a chance to work on an easy project.

Some benefits of using this art form:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety. The repetitive nature of the knots can be soothing and meditative.
  • Macramé is also a sustainable form of crafting, as it uses very little water and no electricity.
  • It is a great way to express creativity. The craft is very versatile, and there are endless possibilities for patterns and designs.

All materials provided. Suitable for 14 years and over.
