This is a 9-week program starting 28 April running every Thursday from 4.30pm.

Our Karate Power Level 2 program teaches children about specialised self-defence techniques to ensure their safety when in sticky situations. This class teaches a higher level of skills taught in our popular Karate Power program.

Self-defence training helps to boost confidence, safety awareness, concentration, focus, self-control and more, all in a positive and energised environment.

Our Karate class is delivered by a qualified instructor from Karate Warrior who is dedicated to fostering sound values and developing strong, humble, brave individuals and healthy communities.

Suitable for children aged 5-12 years.
