This is a community group of mature age ladies that meet on Thursday mornings during school terms for a picturesque walk and social outing.

Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion and a good walk can do wonders for your physical and mental wellbeing. This friendly group of women generally start their morning with a walk around the local precinct from 9:30am (weather permitting) before they enjoy a tea and coffee at the centre around 10am.

This welcoming group enjoys a couch chit-chat, sharing topics in a casual way with other women in the area. Joining this group creates the perfect opportunity to connect, support and meet others and gain insight into all that’s available to keep you active and socialising in your neighbourhood.
