This is a 4-week program beginning 26 August running every Thursday from 12:30pm.

Unplug from the modern world, play with colour and geometry, relieve stress and keep fabrics out of landfill in our friendly quilting group. Learn new quilting techniques whilst enjoying the company of this community of like-minded individuals.

Our experienced quilting tutor Gale will help to guide you as you work on your own projects with pieces of fabric you have lying around the house. You’ll benefit from Gale’s years of knowledge and receive support and technical guidance at every session.

Materials are not supplied in this group, participants should bring their own materials and projects. Some fabric will be available at the first session, so If you are new to quilting our tutor can provide guidance on what you may need to purchase to start your quilting journey.

Participants are also encouraged to bring along their own sewing machine, however, we do have a limited number available to borrow. Program fees are used for Gale’s time and expert advice.
