Essan will show you the way his mother taught him to make the popular Afghan dish, Shorba. Tender cuts of lamb shoulder are infused with tomato and aromatic spices, to make an unforgettable combination. A dish that could be described as a bowl of beautiful family memories, Essan will tell you about Shorba’s place in Afghan culture and have you running to the store to make it for your own family, tonight.
