In this exciting video we are joined by local resident and Council team member Mina. Mina will be showing you how to cook this popular and delicious Persian dish called Zereshk Polo. The dish combines delectable saffron rice with slightly-sweet barberries, a winning combination. Mina will also show you how to prepare her famous saffron chicken!
